One person was critically injured in a motorcycle accident that occurred in Fresno. The accident, according to information provided by ABC30, happened around 6:30 p.m. near Stanislaus Avenue and Highway 99 on the evening of Wednesday, February 14, 2024.
When Fresno Police arrived on scene, they discovered that a motorcyclist was traveling in the area when their cycle was involved in a crash with a pickup truck. As a result, the motorcyclist became pinned under the vehicle.
Paramedics and firefighters were called on scene following the crash. The rider was freed from under the truck and rushed to Community Regional Medical Center. They have since been listed in critical condition.
Police claim that the driver remained on scene and cooperated with them after the accident. It is not known if they are facing any charges in regards to the accident.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances leading up to the accident at this time.
