As pedestrians walk to and from work, to visit friends, and to visit major attractions, they may find that there are many risks on our busy roads. Support for Victims Following a Madera Pedestrian Accident

Many pedestrians find that it is difficult to focus on themselves and their recovery after a serious accident. Children and teens tend to sustain some of the most catastrophic injuries in accidents and might find that they are unable to participate in some of their favorite activities. Parents and guardians can claim responsibility over filing a claim on behalf of a child after a pedestrian accident.

The insurance company might try to deny your claim or pin the blame on your child after a pedestrian accident. Insurers sometimes say that a child must have run out in front of a car without looking even if it was the driver’s fault. Luckily, your child has options for recovery during these challenging times.
