Travel on Fresno County highways can expose motorists to reckless and careless drivers. A small lapse in attention by a driver or the decision to go faster than is safe can put many other motorists at risk at once.
One collision can lead to several more impacts as other drivers are given no chance to steer clear of an accident. Victims often suffer traumatic injuries and require immediate life-saving care.

Support for Victims and Families After a Fresno County Truck Accident
For families who have lost a loved one in an accident, a wrongful death claim can provide a financial safety net. Close relatives will need economic protection for the future as they face the costs of a funeral and emergency response fees. An at-fault driver’s insurance company can also be called upon in a wrongful death lawsuit to provide help in replacing the weekly income the deceased can no longer provide the family.
Surviving victims are empowered to file injury claims to get help with all current hospital bills and those that will arrive in the coming months. They may also seek help in replacing the paychecks they lose while missing work.
When an accident involves an at-fault truck driver who is on the road for work, trucking companies and other employers could also be liable for the consequences of a devastating accident. Victims may often seek financial support from a truck driver and the truck driver’s employer.
