Two people had to be hospitalized after a frightening crash at a two-way stop-sign intersection in Fresno County. According to KFSN-TV, the collision occurred just west of Orange Cove late Sunday night on June 11, 2023.
The California Highway Patrol responded to the scene sometime after 11:30 p.m. at the intersection of Adams Avenue and Crawford Avenue. Investigators believe that the driver of a silver car traveling south on Crawford didn’t stop for a stop sign. The car continued on to collide with a blue car traveling west on Adams.
The silver car overturned and the driver inside was thrown from the wreckage. That driver was flown to a nearby hospital. The driver of the blue car was also taken to the hospital. There have been no updates on the conditions of either victim.
The California Highway Patrol continues to examine the circumstances surrounding the devastating impact.
