Major Injury Reported After Vehicles Collide in Fresno
At least one person was taken to the hospital after a crash in eastern Fresno Thursday morning. According to KMPH-TV, the accident occurred near the intersection of Temperance Avenue and Tulare Avenue on May 11, 2022.
The California Highway Patrol responded to the scene sometime after 9 a.m. They found that the accident involved at least two vehicles, a black Chevy Tahoe and a work truck.
At least one victim in the Tahoe had to be cut out of the vehicle and rescued. The victim was rushed to Community Regional Medical Center with what were described as major injuries.
No one in the work truck involved was seriously hurt. There was no word on if anyone else suffered injuries.
California Highway Patrol Investigators continue to look into the circumstances surrounding the accident to determine what happened.
