Liability in Multi-Vehicle Accidents on Hwy 101 in Montecito CA

Laws Regarding Emergency Vehicles

Weekend traffic on Highway 101 can get busy at times. With more vehicles on the road, the consequences of a single careless driver making a mistake become magnified. One small collision can draw in multiple approaching motorists.

In an instant, a fast-moving pack of cars can be spun around and sent in every direction. The drivers and passengers inside those cars can be thrown against seats, car dashes, and doors, to suffer serious injuries. Motorcyclists involved can be thrown from their bikes to suffer dangerous impacts with the pavement.
