Dangers from Opposite Lanes of Traffic on Hwy 43 In Tulare County CA

Drivers in Tulare County and Kings County often anticipate a mistake by another driver and steer clear of danger. But suddenly having a car directly in front of you, coming straight at your vehicle can catch you off guard and leave you with no time to react.

A collision with a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction could cause a powerful collision. The impact could leave you or a family member with severe injuries and lives can easily be left in jeopardy in such a crash.

Support for Victims and Their Families After a Tulare County Accident

For surviving victims of serious accidents, a claim for damages is the best way to ensure every cost of recovery is covered. A first insurance settlement offered may only cover the first night in an emergency room.

Accepting such an offer leaves victims and their families paying for the remaining hospital bills out-of-pocket. A civil claim seeks to earn money to pay all medical expenses and can also be counted on to support victims as they remain out of work and miss valuable paychecks.

Families who have lost a loved one in a terrible accident can be unfairly subjected to the costs of a funeral and emergency services and face extreme financial difficulties. A claim filed against an at-fault driver’s car insurance provider can ask for assistance with these expenses.

This wrongful death claim is also intended to protect the family from financial hardship in the future by replacing the income the deceased can no longer provide through his or her job.
