Gilroy Police sent their major accident investigation team to the scene of the accident. They say the collision involved a motorcycle and a vehicle.
A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries and was rushed to a local trauma center. Police believe the victim will survive. There were no other injuries reported in the crash.
The driver of the vehicle involved remained on the scene to cooperate with the investigation. If anyone witnessed the accident, the Gilroy Police Department asks that you call them.
