Busy intersections in Modesto can be dangerous places when drivers begin to lose focus on the road. Motorists can avert their eyes to check a cellphone text or simply get lost in thought and forget to monitor traffic lights and the cars in front of them.
Things are made worse when drivers become reckless. They might not notice that they are traveling well above the speed limit or could be making unsafe lane changes before causing a devastating accident.

Help for Victims and Families After Modesto Accidents Involving Big Trucks
Families who have lost a loved one due to the actions of a careless driver can file a wrongful death claim against the driver’s auto insurance policy. This claim asks for help with all burial costs. It also seeks to support the family in the future when they may be without the income the deceased had always provided.
Surviving victims who are left to complete a difficult and expensive medical recovery can also file a claim for damages. The claim asks the responsible driver’s insurance provider for help with all hospital bills and in replacing income missed while out of work.
In cases involving a commercial truck, there may be multiple parties that must provide monetary support to victims. Truck drivers will have commercial auto insurance. The companies they work for will also have corporate insurance coverage and could also be found liable.
