Motorcycle Accidents Involving Commercial Trucks On 10th Street in San Jose

Motorists around San Jose show a lack of attention to what’s going on around them far too often. This mistake most often affects travelers with the smallest profiles on the road including motorcyclists, cyclists, and pedestrians.

Extra care should be used to spot motorcycles on our roads as they travel alongside much bigger cars, trucks, and SUVs. A quick glance isn’t enough to always spot a rider nearby and when careless drivers don’t take the time to truly look before they proceed, dangerous collisions can occur.

Seeking Support for Families After a San Jose Motorcycle Accident

Families who have lost a loved one in a motorcycle accident can quickly see emergency response bills delivered and funeral and burial costs come due. These expenses arrive just as close relatives like a spouse and the children of victims may be going without the financial support the deceased had always provided through their employment.

Families going through such a difficult time emotionally and financially can turn to a wrongful death claim to earn support. This civil lawsuit is directed at the at-fault driver’s auto insurance provider.

If the responsible driver was on-the-clock for a local company, then there may be more than one party responsible for providing support to the family. The company employing the driver may share financial liability for what happened. This can increase the amount of support available to the grieving family and allow them to recover money to protect them from financial hardships now and in the future.
