Dangerous Multi-Car Accidents Along Hwy 101 And Milpas Street in Santa Barbara CA

Highway 101 at rush hour can be a challenging drive for Santa Barbara motorists even on a good day. When careless drivers aren’t keeping track of vehicles in the lanes alongside them or the traffic flow ahead, a frightening collision can be impossible to avoid.

Due to the speeds and congestion seen on Highway 101, any impact has the chance to turn into a chain-reaction accident that envelopes several vehicles and endangers many drivers and passengers.

Earning Assistance for Highway 101 Car Accident Victims

In the blink of an eye, victims in scary highway accidents can find themselves being treated for serious injuries on the scene or on their way to the hospital for treatment.

There may be little time to consider the costs of ambulance transportation and emergency room and hospital care. However, in the days ahead victims and their family members may wonder how to hold an at-fault driver liable for the costs of recovery.

Accidents involving multiple vehicles and drivers can be hard to sort out. It’s a good idea to allow a skilled personal injury attorney to determine how many drivers are liable for your injuries and to hold their insurance providers accountable. It’s also vital to have skilled legal counsel to make sure insurance companies aren’t able to shift some of the blame to you.
