A pedestrian lost his life after getting struck by a car in eastern Tracy, Tuesday evening. KCRA-TV reports the accident took place sometime before 7:30 p.m. along 11th Street, just east of Chrisman Road on October 5, 2021.
Tracy Police Officers say they found a man in his late 50s at the location with severe injuries. He died at the scene. Investigators believe the victim was a local Tracy resident.
The driver involved called 911 and cooperated with police officers. Investigators have not released the cause of the accident.
