Accidents Involving Stop Sign Violations On SR137 in Tulare County CA

Intersections on rural California roads can provide moments of anxiety for even safe drivers. As they proceed through, motorists must trust that others using the roads will obey the traffic laws applying to intersections, especially the requirement to make a full stop at a stop sign.

When one driver makes an error at a crossroads it can place everyone else in the intersection at risk of a severe injury and even the loss of life.

Finding Support for Victims and Families after Tulare County Accidents

Surviving victims and family members who have lost a loved one can find themselves threatened financially when the monetary costs of a tragic accident come due.

Families who can no longer rely on the love and financial support a victim had always provided can face the high costs of a proper burial. Post-accident costs can also include emergency service fees and bills for medical care provided before the victim passed on. Close relatives like a spouse, children, and parents of the victim can file a wrongful death claim against an at-fault driver to secure support for these and other hardships.

A victim still recovering from injuries or family members of the victim can also file a claim for damages to earn help with the financial damages they face. The costs of medical care now and in the future can be accessed against the at-fault driver’s insurance company. The paychecks a victim misses at work while down with an injury should also be replaced. These and other hardships should all be totaled and awarded as compensation to victims and family members after a terrible accident.
