Motorcycle Accident Dangers On Seventh Street In San Jose CA

Motorcyclists in San Jose do their absolute best to avoid careless and reckless drivers during morning and afternoon rush hours. That can be an impossible task when distracted drivers don’t show proper attention to the lanes to spot motorcyclists. They can proceed thinking the way is clear, only to miss the vulnerable rider coming straight for them.

These mistakes happen every day across California. They can leave unprotected motorcyclists at risk of a dangerous impact all because a driver didn’t take the time to look out for the safety of a fellow motorist.

Earning Support for Families After a San Jose Motorcycle Accident

Families can receive the tragic news of a lost love one in a traffic accident and be allowed far less time to cope and mourn than they need. Within days, the funeral and burial arrangements will have to be made. In a few short weeks, the invoices for ambulance and hospital treatment will arrive.

These expenses can serve to endanger the financial stability of close relatives, such as the spouse and children of the victim. In such a tragic situation, family members can file a wrongful death claim against an at-fault driver’s car insurance company to ask for support to help with these costs.

The loss of future support as a loved one can no longer provide the care and weekly financial assistance from a job should also factor into any support provided to the family.
