Motorcyclists ride at risk to their safety, especially when approaching an intersection. For some reason, drivers attempting a turn at an intersection often take too short of a look in the necessary directions and miss spotting someone on a motorcycle.
They continue with their turn assuming the path is clear, when in fact, they’ve overlooked a rider and are proceeding into the motorcyclist’s path. Riders can have little time or room to avoid the broadside of such a large obstacle.
Any time a motorist fails to give proper attention to spot a motorcyclist nearby, a devastating accident is possible. The resulting collisions can lead to devastating injuries for riders and in some situations can claim a precious life.

Securing Assistance for Families After a Kern County Motorcycle Accident
Motorcyclists taken far too soon from their families will leave behind a giant hole in the hearts of the people they knew and loved. What’s more, the guidance and financial support they provided to loved ones is also lost in the years to come.
When families face the devastating consequences of someone else’s mistake, they can seek to protect themselves from sudden monetary issues. Filing a wrongful death claim against an at-fault driver’s auto insurer can ask for help paying for the costs of ambulance and emergency services support from the night of the accident. It can also help with the expense of a proper funeral and burial service.
A wrongful death claim also seeks to provide the family with a steady income after the wages a loved one had always provided through his or her job are suddenly taken away.
