Getting an Accident Record After A San Joaquin Collision
Your legal representative, if you have chosen one, will be working to get your accident report for you. In some cases, your insurance provider may also be working to get the report.

If a California Highway Patrol Officer investigates your accident you’ll have to go to the California Highway Patrol website to request a report. You’ll find a request form to print out there.
Remember to attach a photocopy of your state driver’s license or identification card to verify you are the proper party of interest.
