Getting an Accident Record After A San Joaquin Collision

If a California Highway Patrol Officer investigates your accident you’ll have to go to the California Highway Patrol website to request a report. You’ll find a request form to print out there.
Remember to attach a photocopy of your state driver’s license or identification card to verify you are the proper party of interest.
