Bakersfield, CA — Fatima Scarlet Morales, 23, has been identified as the woman who lost her life in a pedestrian collision involving a Bakersfield police vehicle on Saturday, October 31, 2026, according to KBAK.
The Bakersfield Police Department reported that the fatal accident took place in the 7600 block of White Lane, a mixed-use retail and residential area, at approximately 2:45 AM.
