September 28, 2026, Fresno, CA: On Monday morning, two people tragically lost their lives in a rear-end collision at a Fresno intersection.
According to Your Central Valley, the collision happened at 8 a.m. at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Cornelia Avenue. Police confirmed that a Nissan Sentra and Honda Civic were both headed west on Lincoln when the Honda rear-ended the Nissan.
Paramedics and numerous other responders were called to the scene. The two men in the Nissan were tragically pronounced dead on scene. The driver of the Honda was injured and rushed to a local hospital for treatment.
No further details have been released at this time. Police continue their investigation into the circumstances of the accident.
