September 22, 2026, Merced, CA: A two-vehicle collision with injuries took place at an intersection in Merced on Tuesday afternoon.
According to California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at 3:08 p.m. at the intersection of Almond Avenue and Vine Avenue. Police confirmed that a white pickup truck and a sedan collided with each other at the intersection due to unknown reasons.
Several emergency responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more parties were hurt in the collision. It is not known how many were hospitalized.
