Ongoing Investigations

Victims of traffic accidents and their families should be aware that authorities may fail to note or even misinterpret critical evidence at a crash site. One of the services that a Personal Injury Attorney can provide is to pursue follow-up investigations, which can reveal additional evidence to correct any errors made by previous investigators.

Arden-Arcade Car Accidents and Personal Injury Claims

California law follows the principle of comparative negligence. This means that even if a driver is found partially at fault for an accident, they may still pursue compensation if the negligence of another party, such as a vehicle manufacturing defect contributing to the fire, played a role in the crash. Investigators with California law enforcement examine vehicle condition and the circumstances of the crash to determine what role outside factors may have played.

The female passenger and the family of the driver involved in this collision may have the right to pursue a personal injury or wrongful death claim. A personal injury claim can provide compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other damages related to the accident.
