Livermore, CA – On the evening of Saturday, August 15, 2026, a bicyclist was found seriously injured, and the circumstances remain unclear, according to KRON.
The Livermore Police Department reports that the incident was reported around 9:54 PM on southbound Isabel Avenue just south of the Stanley Boulevard connector.
Authorities said a motorist notified police that a 64-year-old man was found lying unconscious in the bicycle lane. As a result of his injuries, he was transported to a nearby hospital, where he remains hospitalized as he recovers.
Investigators are working to determine the circumstances that led to the man’s injuries and are asking anyone who was traveling in the area around the time of the incident to come forward. Police are specifically asking drivers who were on Isabel Avenue near the Stanley Boulevard connector around 9:54 PM on August 15 to check whether their dash cameras or other vehicle cameras may have captured the incident.
