Soledad, CA – On the evening of Wednesday, July 8, 2026, a collision involving an electric bicycle resulted in the injury of a 12-year-old boy, who had to be airlifted to a hospital, according to KSBW.
The Soledad Police Department reports that the accident took place around 7:15 PM in the 200 block of East Street.
Authorities said officers found the boy injured and provided aid until emergency medical personnel arrived. He was airlifted to a Bay Area hospital for further treatment, with his injuries believed to be non-life-threatening.
