West Sacramento, CA – On the evening of Thursday, May 28, 2026, a bicyclist was struck by a vehicle and killed, according to KCRA.
The West Sacramento Police Department reports that the accident took place after 8:00 PM at Industrial Boulevard and Harbor Boulevard.
Authorities said the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with officers. Driving under the influence is not suspected to have been a factor in the crash.
Eastbound Industrial Boulevard was closed between Harbor Boulevard and Boatman Avenue while officers investigated the collision.
The identity of the deceased had not been released at the time of reporting. The investigation remains ongoing.
