April 15, 2026, Hanford, CA: An accident involving a truck took place at an intersection in Hanford on Wednesday.
According to Visalia Stringer, the accident happened at 6:59 p.m. on Wednesday evening. Police confirmed that a 2002 Hona Civic sedan and a 2018 Kenworth T680 truck collided with each other. The driver of the Honda was headed through the intersection, which is when the front of the Kenworth truck collided with the left side of the Honda.
Upon impact, the Honda Civic spun out of control. It went through the intersection at came to a stop southeast of the intersection. The driver of the Kenworth was able to pull onto the shoulder of the road.
Paramedics arrived on scene. The adult male driver of the Honda was transported to the hospital by medical helicopter for treatment of serious injuries. The adult male driver of the Kenworth truck was not injured.
No further details have been released at this time. The investigation into the accident continues.
