Fatal Pedestrian Accident at Avenue 328 and Road 158 in Ivanhoe

April 5, 2026, Ivanhoe, CA: One person tragically lost their life in a fatal pedestrian accident at an Ivanhoe intersection on Sunday evening.

According to Visalia Stringer, the accident occurred at 6:50 p.m. at the intersection of Avenue 328 and Road 158. Police confirmed that an elderly pedestrian was walking in the area when he was struck by a driver at the intersection.

Paramedics arrived on scene to assist. Unfortunately, the pedestrian was tragically pronounced dead on scene as a result of his injuries. Nobody else was injured in the accident.
