March 18, 2026, Visalia, CA: A pedestrian worker was injured in an accident that happened near an intersection in Visalia on Wednesday afternoon.
According to Visalia Stringer, the collision happened at 1 p.m. on Mooney Boulevard around the area of Feemster Avenue. Police confirmed that a worker was working off the side of the road when a vehicle slammed into them after the driver lost control. Police have not stated what caused the driver to drive off the side of the road.
Paramedics responded to the scene to assist the pedestrian. The worker was transported to the hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.
