Suspected DUI Crash Injures 1 at Airport Dr, Decatur St in Oildale

Oildale, CA – In the early hours of Tuesday, March 4, 2026, a suspected DUI collision left a man hospitalized and led to the arrest of a 26-year-old woman, according to KGET.

The California Highway Patrol reports that the accident took place around 2:08 AM at the intersection of Airport Drive and Decatur Street.

Authorities said Marie Cooper Parker was driving a white Ford Focus when she struck a red Honda Civic driven by a 53-year-old man. The driver of the Honda Civic was transported to Kern Medical for treatment of his injuries. Parker was arrested at the scene on suspicion of driving under the influence.

The Kern County Fire Department and the Kern County Sheriff’s Office also responded to the scene. The investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
