November 20, 2025, Monterey, CA: An accident with injuries took place at an intersection in Monterey on Thursday morning.
According to California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 9:54 a.m. at the intersection of CA-20 and Southview Lane. Police confirmed that a silver vehicle and a black vehicle collided with each other at the intersection due to reasons that are not entirely known.
Paramedics and numerous other responders were present on scene after the collision. One or more parties were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area for some time following the accident.
