November 4, 2025, Visalia, CA: On Tuesday evening, a pedestrian accident involving a man in a wheelchair led to a fatality at a Visalia intersection.
According to Your Central Valley, the accident happened at 5:45 p.m. at the intersection of Mooney Boulevard and Feemster Avenue. Police confirmed that a man was crossing the intersection in a wheelchair when he was struck by a passenger vehicle. The driver stopped and remained on scene.
The man in the wheelchair was taken to a local hospital with traumatic injuries. He was tragically pronounced deceased while there. Nobody else was hurt as a result.
The intersection was blocked for some time following the crash.
