January 14, 2025, Visalia, CA: A pedestrian received injuries in an accident at an intersection in Visalia on Tuesday.
The accident, according to information provided by the Visalia Stringer Facebook page, took place around 4 p.m. at the intersection of Main Street and Conyer Street. Police confirmed that a pedestrian was walking in the area near the local high school when they were suddenly struck by the driver of a passenger vehicle. The driver remained on scene following the accident.
One person was injured as a result of the accident. The pedestrian was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
