September 13, 2024, Santa Maria, CA: On Friday morning, injuries were reported following a FedEx truck accident that occurred in Santa Maria.
According to a KSBY news report, the collision happened around 10 a.m. in the northbound lanes of Highway 101 near East Main Street. A FedEx truck and a passenger vehicle were involved in a collision due to reasons that remain under investigation.
Paramedics and other responders were present on scene to assist injured parties. The injured individuals were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
Two lanes of traffic were blocked for some time following the accident as police worked to clear debris.
