September 10, 2024, Reedley, CA: A woman tragically lost her life in a fatal pedestrian accident at an intersection in Reedley on Tuesday morning.
According to information provided by Your Central Valley, the collision happened around 8:15 a.m. at the intersection of 10th Street and G Street. A 77-year-old female pedestrian from Reedley was walking across the street at the intersection when she was struck by a passenger vehicle.
The pedestrian was transported to Community Regional Medical Center with injuries but was tragically pronounced dead while there. The driver of the vehicle remained on scene and was not injured.
