Victims can suffer broken bones, traumatic brain injuries, and organ damage and be left in need of care at a trauma center. In the worst cases, victims can be in jeopardy of losing their lives due to a careless driver’s mistake.

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) responded to the scene sometime after 2:20 p.m. They determined that a Dodge Ram Pickup traveling eastbound on Orange Avenue passed through a stop sign into the path of a Dodge SUV heading south on Elm Avenue. The SUV struck the left side of the truck. The resulting impact overturned both vehicles.

Securing Assistance for Stanislaus Car Accident Victims and Their Families
For families of loved ones tragically taken in an accident, a wrongful death claim filed against an at-fault driver’s insurance company may quickly become necessary. Close relatives will face the costs of a burial, leftover emergency response fees, and could quickly find themselves in financial distress.
A wrongful death claim is filed by a spouse, children of the victim, or sometimes the parents of the victim on behalf of the entire family. It’s filed against the at-fault driver’s car insurance provider. This civil claim seeks to earn financial support for bills that build up after an accident. It also demands support for the years to come as the family copes with the loss of the emotional care and income the loved one can no longer provide.
Surviving victims of frightening accidents must often deal with long and difficult recoveries. A claim for damages can be filed against an insurance company in order to shield the victim from hospital and doctor expenses. The claim also demands reimbursement for the time at work the victim has lost.
