October 18, 2026, Tulare, CA: An E-bike accident with injuries took place at an intersection in Tulare on Sunday evening.
According to Visalia Stringer, the accident happened at 7:35 p.m. at the intersection of Kern Avenue and Mooney Boulevard. Police confirmed that an e-bike and a passenger vehicle collided with each other in the area. The rider of the e-bike hit the ground and his helmet fell off upon impact.
Paramedics were called to the scene to assist the injured rider. He was found unresponsive and had two broken legs as a result of the accident. The injured rider was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
