Terra Bella Pedestrian Accidents and Wrongful Death Claims
Driving under the influence is one of the most direct breaches of road safety imaginable, particularly when vulnerable children are involved. California law expects motorists to exercise extra caution and keep a constant watch for young pedestrians who may be crossing the street. When alcohol impairment strips a driver of their reaction time and judgment, any resulting collision establishes clear legal fault. While no legal action can ever replace a child, pursuing a wrongful death claim gives surviving families a voice and essential financial protection during an unimaginable tragedy. Filing a claim allows loved ones to pursue financial recovery for burial costs, medical expenses, and the irreplaceable emotional bond, companionship, and support that was stolen from their family.
