Arvin, CA – On the morning of Friday, August 14, 2026, a single-vehicle collision resulted in the death of Gustavo Santiago Pantoja, 32, after his car struck a power pole, according to KBAK.
The California Highway Patrol reports that the accident took place around 10:40 AM in the 4000 block of Sandrini Road.
Authorities said Pantoja was driving alone when his car struck a power pole. As a result of the impact, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Kern County Coroner’s Office formally identified him following his death.
