Fresno County, CA – On the morning of Wednesday, August 5, 2026, a single-vehicle collision resulted in the death of a man in his mid-30s near Sanger, according to KSEE/KGPE.
The California Highway Patrol reports that the accident took place around 6:45 AM near Jensen Avenue and McCall Avenue.
Authorities said the driver was traveling on Jensen Avenue when he lost control of a red 2009 Toyota Camry, crossed the center median, and overturned. The vehicle came to rest approximately 1,000 feet from where it left the roadway. The driver, who was not wearing his seatbelt, died at the scene.
The identity of the deceased had not been officially released at the time of reporting. The investigation remains ongoing.
