Roseville Car Accidents and Wrongful Death Claims
When a single-vehicle crash results in both a fatality and injuries to other occupants, investigators with California law enforcement examine the driver’s conduct and any contributing factors to determine liability.
Flath’s family may have the right to pursue a wrongful death claim, while the driver and surviving passenger may have the right to pursue a personal injury claim.
