Baker, Hayes St Crash Injures 4 in San Francisco

San Francisco, CA – On the afternoon of Wednesday, June 3, 2026, a collision between a station wagon and a three-wheel open-sided rental vehicle left four people hospitalized, according to KRON.

The San Francisco Fire Department reports that the accident took place at the intersection of Baker and Hayes Streets.

Authorities said one of the vehicles involved ran a red light prior to the collision. Four people were transported to local hospitals with injuries ranging from minor to moderate. 

A large police presence was established at the intersection, and the public was advised to avoid the area while officers investigated.

No additional details regarding the identities of those involved or the full circumstances of the collision had been released at the time of reporting. The investigation remains ongoing.
