April 10, 2026, Hughson, CA: Injuries were reported in a serious collision that took place at a Hughson intersection on Friday morning.
According to California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at 11:45 a.m. at the intersection of Santa Fe Avenue and East Hatch Road. Police confirmed that a white Dodge Durango and a Dodge Caravan collided with one another at the intersection due to reasons that are not entirely known.
According to paramedics, a child inside one of the vehicles was injured in the accident. They were flown to Valley Children’s Hospital by medical helicopter. It is not known if any other parties were injured.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues at this time.
