Two Killed in Hwy 41, Hwy 145 Crash in Madera County

Madera County, CA – On the afternoon of Saturday, March 22, 2026, a three-vehicle collision resulted in two fatalities, according to the Fresno Bee.

The California Highway Patrol reports that the accident took place around 5:45 PM at the intersection of Highways 41 and 145.

Authorities said a Dodge Challenger carrying a driver and a passenger was among the three vehicles involved in the collision. Both occupants of the Challenger sustained fatal injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene. 

The circumstances and sequence of events leading up to the collision had not yet been confirmed at the time of reporting, and it was not yet known whether occupants of the other two vehicles sustained injuries.

The identities of the deceased had not been released, pending notification of next of kin. The investigation remains ongoing.
