McFarland, CA – On the early morning of Thursday, February 5, 2026, Matilde Munoz Santillano, 64, of McFarland, was killed in a traffic collision, according to KGET.
The collision was reported around 6:00 AM at the intersection of Garzoli Avenue and Whisler Road.
The Kern County Coroner’s Office stated that Santillano was a passenger in a vehicle that collided with a truck at the intersection. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
