January 28, 2026, Tracy, CA: A two-vehicle collision with injuries took place at an intersection in Tracy on Wednesday evening.
According to California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at 5:41 p.m. at the intersection of Corral Hollow Road and Valpico Road. Police confirmed that a gray Chevy Equinox and a white Honda sedan collided with each other after entering the intersection. Police say that the driver of the Honda tried to leave the scene after showing expired insurance information but was stopped.
Paramedics and other responders were present on scene. One or more parties sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The injured parties were treated on scene but it’s not known if anyone was hospitalized.
The investigation into the circumstances leading up to the accident continues.
