Sacramento, CA – In the early hours of Monday, December 8, 2025, a pedestrian collision left one person hospitalized with injuries after being struck by a vehicle, according to FOX40.
The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District reports that the accident took place around 6:00 AM near Whitney Avenue.
Officials said the pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in the roadway during the morning commute, suffering injuries that prompted immediate medical evaluation. Paramedics transported the individual to a nearby hospital, where the injuries were described as minor. Authorities did not release additional information about the nature or extent of those injuries, but noted that the person was stable when taken from the scene.
