San Luis Obispo, CA – Maria Dolores Harper Morgan, 70, of San Luis Obispo, has been identified as the woman who lost her life due to injuries received in a pedestrian collision in the early hours of Wednesday, December 18, 2025, according to The San Luis Obispo Tribune.
The San Luis Obispo Police Department reports that the accident took place around 5:00 AM near Santa Rosa Street and Montalban Street.
Police said Morgan was crossing Santa Rosa Street near Santa Rosa Park when she was struck by a car before dawn.
