Wrongful Death Claims

California’s Premises Liability Law requires businesses, like hotels and motels, to ensure their customers have a safe environment for their stay. Should negligence on their part contribute to the death of someone who stays with them, their families may have grounds to file a Wrongful Death claim. The support provided by a Wrongful Death claim can compensate for funeral expenses, loss of income, and other damages.
