Sacramento, CA – On the evening of Sunday, October 26, 2025, a stolen vehicle crashed into a home, injuring Eric Adversalo and his two sons, Nicolas and Xavier, according to KCRA.

The Sacramento Police Department reports that the accident took place around 10:30 PM near the 7300 block of Circle Parkway. Authorities said the stolen vehicle slammed into the front of the Adversalo family’s residence during an active police chase, leaving all three victims trapped inside.

Emergency responders found Eric Adversalo pinned beneath the vehicle, while Nicolas and Xavier were trapped against a wall and under a refrigerator. The father suffered life-threatening injuries and is currently unable to breathe without assistance. His sons were transported to the hospital with serious injuries, and their conditions remain under medical care.

Police identified the suspect as 19-year-old Tashawn Dorrough of Sacramento County. The crash caused extensive structural damage to the home, forcing the family to relocate. 

Loved ones have started a GoFundMe campaign to help cover medical costs and home repairs as they begin a long recovery.
