May 24, 2025, Sanger, CA: A woman who tragically lost her life in an accident involving a police motorcycle over the weekend has now been identified by police.
According to information provided by Your Central Valley, the accident happened on Saturday at the intersection of Highway 180 and Del Rey Avenue. Police confirmed that a woman named Dorothy Fuller was driving a white Chevrolet Malibu in the area while a 72-year-old man was operating a Hummer H2. The two vehicles collided with each other, forcing the Chevrolet into a Sanger Police Department motorcycle.
Police confirmed that the driver of the Hummer sustained minor injuries and the police officer on the motorcycle was not hurt. However, 38-year-old Dorothy Fuller was tragically pronounced deceased as a result of the accident.
No further details have been released at this time. Police continue their investigation into the circumstances of the collision.
