February 2, 2025, Fresno, CA: A motorcycle accident with injuries took place at an intersection in Fresno on Sunday night.
According to information provided by Fox26 News, the accident happened at night at the intersection of Blackstone Avenue and Herndon Avenue. Police confirmed that a motorcyclist was traveling in the area when they started to turn at the intersection due to having the right-of-way. When doing so, they were struck by a BMW that turned in front of them.
Police confirmed that the motorcyclist was thrown from their vehicle onto the road. They were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The driver of the BMW, who remained on scene, was not hurt. They were given a citation for running a red light.
